                                      Library & Archive

The Library & Archive curated by Luca Galileo Ciuffoletti Desiderio preserves a growing collection of musical scores, historical documents, rare recordings, and research materials dedicated to Italian musical heritage and violin making. Conceived as both a scholarly resource and a cultural repository, it supports ongoing studies in performance, lutherie, and the philosophy of music. Through the GALIAS initiatives and the Nakagawa–Ciuffoletti Collection, the archive safeguards valuable materials while fostering new research and interdisciplinary dialogue. Its mission is to ensure that Italy’s artistic legacy remains a living source of knowledge, inspiration, and refined cultural inquiry.
